We are looking for a female telecaller to join in Ganpati Dham Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh. The candidate must be a graduate with strong communication skills, client & customer handling abilities, and good computer & Excel knowledge. The ideal candidate should also have good catching power to quickly understand processes and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to handle client/customer queries.

• Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.

• Follow-up with customers and ensure timely updates.

• Handle client requirements and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records, data, and reports using basic Excel and computer tools.

• Support the sales/operations team with daily communication and coordination.
