Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary School (12th Pass)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM tools)
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Follow up with clients for closures and feedback
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups
