Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary School (12th Pass)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM tools)
• Good listening skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly
• Follow up with clients for closures and feedback
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups
