Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Graduate in any discipline
- Female candidate preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Good listening skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and support
