Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
• Graduate in any discipline
• Female candidate preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Good listening skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
