Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Business Loans & Personal Loans.

• Explain loan products and services clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.

• Maintain customer database and call records accurately.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth loan processing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only, aged between 18 to 35 years.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & telecalling preferred.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
