We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge to join in MIE Part B Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and assisting clients with product/service information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally

• Explain products/services clearly to clients

• Maintain data of calls, leads, and customer responses

• Follow-up with clients for conversions and support

• Handle basic computer tasks (data entry, emails, Excel)

• Build and maintain good customer relationships
