Telecaller Job For Female Candidates in Sec. 16 Bahadurgarh Haryana.

We are looking for a female telecaller to join in Sec. 16, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong computer knowledge (MS Excel), excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years of telecalling/office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients/customers for business and service-related purposes.

  • Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain and update records in MS Excel and other computer applications.

  • Follow-up with leads and ensure proper client coordination.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only

  • Graduate in any stream

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support / Office Assistant

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Excel

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
