Telecaller job in Village Jakhoda near Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are looking for a Telecaller to join in Jakhoda Village, near Bahadurgarh (Haryana). The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, with strong client handling, computer, and communication skills. Knowledge of lead generation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls for client interaction and support.

• Handle client queries and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Generate and follow up on leads (sales/service-related).

• Maintain accurate records and reports using computer applications.

• Assist in client coordination and ensure timely communication.

• Work closely with the sales/operations team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer handling role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good client handling and follow-up abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word/Email)

• Lead generation skills will be considered a plus

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
