Telecalling Job in Sec. 16 Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Telecaller to join in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle client queries efficiently. Basic computer proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients and explain products or services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain and update customer database and call records.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments or sales.

• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain a positive and respectful tone while dealing with clients.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service/sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong ability to handle clients and customers patiently and professionally.

• Good knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).

• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh.
