Telecalling Job in Sec. 16 Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Telecaller to join in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle client queries efficiently. Basic computer proficiency is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients and explain products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain and update customer database and call records.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments or sales.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain a positive and respectful tone while dealing with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service/sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong ability to handle clients and customers patiently and professionally.
Good knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh.
