We are hiring an Assistant Production Executive for our manufacturing facility in Sec. 17, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of production experience, a Diploma qualification, and a strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and shop floor operations. This role is suitable for a dedicated and detail-oriented male candidate who can assist in achieving daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Basic knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and workplace safety standards
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in maintaining production records and reports
- Must have good knowledge of Excel and Computer Basics
- Must have knowledge of Measurement Tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities to meet production targets
- Coordinate with production supervisors and machine operators for smooth workflow
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures
- Monitor machine performance and report operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
- Support implementation of safety policies and ensure compliance on the shop floor
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize production downtime
- Help optimize production efficiency by identifying process improvements
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by management
