The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Packaging Industry. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, manpower, maintenance, cost control, safety, and achieving operational targets efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee overall plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Lead and manage production, quality, maintenance, stores, and other plant-level teams
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and resources
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance
- Monitor production costs and implement effective cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and production processes
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production delays
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies
- Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain proper production records, reports, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Develop and motivate plant teams to achieve performance and productivity goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations
- Ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of customer requirements
- Take responsibility for the overall performance, discipline, productivity, and profitability of the plant
