Requirements
- Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of production supervision experience
- Knowledge of civil products manufacturing/production processes
- Ability to supervise workers and manage shop floor activities
- Experience in production planning and daily output monitoring
- Understanding of quality standards and production safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of raw material handling and inventory coordination
- Ability to prepare production records and daily reports
- Must be available and comfortable for night shift duty
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Candidates from manufacturing or civil products industries preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of work
- Manage labor attendance, workforce allocation, and shift operations
- Maintain production records, stock entries, and daily reporting as a Munshi
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with management for production planning and dispatch schedules
- Check product quality as per company standards
- Ensure machines, manpower, and processes run smoothly during shifts
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain discipline in the production area
- Support in improving productivity and operational efficiency
