Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership roles
- Proven experience in the printing and lamination industry is mandatory
- Qualification: Graduate (Technical background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control
- Ability to manage end-to-end plant operations independently
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations
