Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Ability to work in 12-hour shifts
- Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and production equipment
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle shop floor operations
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP systems preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of handling industrial work conditions
