We are hiring an experienced Purchase Executive for a manufacturing unit located in MIE Part B Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably from the Plastic or Polychem industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities For Purchase Executive:

• Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other required supplies.

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for plastic or polychem raw materials.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation properly.

• Coordinate with production and stores department to ensure timely material availability.

• Monitor market trends and pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

• Ensure materials meet quality standards and company requirements.

Candidate Requirements for Purchase Executive:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience as Purchase Executive in manufacturing industry.

• Industry Preference: Experience in Plastic, Polymer, or Polychem industry will be highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
