We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Production & Quality to lead  Powder Coating and Teak Finish manufacturing unit based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production operations, ensure adherence to high-quality finishing standards, manage teams, and implement process improvements for productivity and efficiency. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in coating technologies, finishing processes, and quality systems within furniture or metal manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire production and quality control operations for powder coating and teak finish departments.

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand, delivery schedules, and cost targets.

• Establish and enforce quality standards for coating thickness, surface finish, color matching, and durability.

• Monitor production efficiency, analyze process data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).

• Coordinate with design, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.

• Supervise a team of production supervisors, coating specialists, and quality inspectors; ensure adequate training and performance management.

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects, implement preventive and corrective actions, and maintain production documentation.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and safety standards across all operations.

• Report directly to top management with regular updates on production metrics, cost control, and quality performance.

• Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and accountability throughout the plant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Paint Technology (preferred).

• 7–10 years of proven experience in powder coating, teak finish, or metal/wood finishing production management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on factory supervision experience.

• In-depth knowledge of coating materials, finishing chemicals, curing processes, and color calibration.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and quality management frameworks.
