Production Supervisor Job in Sec. 16 Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are looking for  Production Supervisors to join manufacturing unit in Sec. 16, Bahadurgarh. The candidate must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, measurement tools, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The role requires availability for 12-hour rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Allocate work to operators and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.

• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to ensure product quality.

• Maintain and update production records, reports, and data using MS Excel.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and management teams for seamless operations.

• Identify areas of improvement and assist in optimizing production processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• 1–2 years of experience as Production Supervisor / Shift In-charge / Production Engineer

• Strong knowledge of Excel & measurement tools

• Ability to lead a team and handle shop floor activities independently

• Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
