We are seeking for a Wirecut Operator in Village Barhana, Sampla Haryana
Responsibilities:
1. Operate wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines to create precise parts according to blueprints and specifications.
2. Set up machines, including loading wire, installing electrodes, and securing workpieces.
3. Program machines using CNC controls (may vary depending on the company).
4. Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed.
5. Conduct quality checks on finished parts using measuring tools and ensure they meet required tolerances.
6. Maintain accurate records of production data.
7. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
4. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
5. Excellent math and measurement skills.
6. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
