We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to join automobile showroom and service center in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end warranty processes, ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines, and coordinating between customers, technicians, and the manufacturer to achieve timely warranty claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end warranty claim processing as per OEM/manufacturer guidelines.

• Scrutinize job cards, warranty parts, and supporting documents before claim submission.

• Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and settlement of warranty claims with the manufacturer.

• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure correct diagnosis and warranty eligibility.

• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, rejections, approvals, and recoveries.

• Analyze warranty rejections and take corrective actions to minimize repeat issues.

• Conduct warranty audits and ensure compliance with OEM standards.

• Train and guide workshop staff on warranty policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Coordinate with OEM representatives for claim approvals and technical clarifications.

• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and disposal/return of warranty parts.

• Prepare and submit warranty MIS reports to management.

• Handle customer escalations related to warranty issues and provide timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)

• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in warranty management at an automobile showroom or authorized service center

• Industry: Automobile (Four-wheeler)

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of automobile warranty policies and OEM procedures

• Experience in warranty claim portals and dealer management systems

• Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
