The ideal candidate should have 3 years of relevant warehouse experience and good knowledge of inventory handling, stock management, material movement, and warehouse documentation. Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and support inventory reconciliation
- Ensure proper identification, storage, and arrangement of materials
- Coordinate with purchase, production, dispatch, and other departments for smooth material movement
- Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documents, stock reports, and records
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the warehouse
- Follow proper safety, housekeeping, and material-handling procedures
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess inventory and report them to the concerned authority
- Support efficient warehouse organization and ensure proper utilization of storage space
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management
