Job Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to manufacture precision components.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM designs to create efficient VMC programs.

• Optimize machine parameters for maximum productivity and minimal material waste.

• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of VMC machines.

• Troubleshoot issues related to machine performance and programming errors.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of components.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a VMC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software.

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of machine maintenance, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Preferably male candidates, as per current workforce requirements.
