The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up VMC machines for precision machining.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Perform CNC programming and toolpath adjustments for accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality production.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the workplace.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a VMC Machine Operator.

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or relevant field.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls).
• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and machining parameters.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality checks.
• Knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, and feed rates.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
