We are seeking for a tool room supervisor to join in Village Barhana, Sampla Haryana

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient tool maintenance and production.

• Manage a team of tool room technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.

• Schedule and prioritize tool maintenance and repair activities.

• Conduct inspections of tools and equipment to identify and address potential issues.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, gauges, and cutting materials.

• Oversee the requisition and purchasing of new tools and supplies.

• Implement and maintain safety protocols within the tool room.

• Address any tool room related concerns raised by production personnel.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tool room.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Graduation
• Minimum 3 yrs of experience as tool room supervisor.
• Proven experience working in a tool room environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling principles, and mechanical repair.
• Experience with inventory management and control systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
