Tool Room Assistant or Diemaker Job in Surya Nagar Bahadurgarh

We are looking for skilled and experienced Tool Room Assistants (Diemakers) with hands-on knowledge of stamping and molding tools and dies. The candidate should be well-versed with tool room machines and capable of supporting tool manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of stamping and molding dies/tools.

• Operate grinders, lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders with precision.

• Support senior toolmakers in assembly, fitting, and adjustment of dies.

• Perform tool modifications and corrections as per production requirements.

• Conduct preventive maintenance of tools and ensure proper storage.

• Maintain tool records and logs as required.

• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in a tool room environment focused on stamping/molding.

• Technical Skills: Proficient with grinding, turning, milling, and tool fitting work.

• Knowledge of Dies: Good understanding of various types of stamping and injection molds.

• Problem-Solving: Able to assist in tool troubleshooting and improvement.

• Teamwork: Ability to work closely with tool designers, production, and quality teams.
