Telecalling Job in IMT Sec 30 Rohtak Haryana

We are hiring Female Telecallers to join in IMT Sector 30, Rohtak, Haryana. This is a great opportunity for freshers who have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge, especially in Excel. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, sharing product/service information, and supporting sales or service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Share details about products/services and answer customer queries

• Maintain call logs and update the database in Excel

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments if needed

• Provide excellent customer support over the phone

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth follow-ups

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Polite, confident, and positive attitude
