Tellecalling Job In IMT Rohtak

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer handling. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional tone, and the ability to work with basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Provide information about products/services clearly and effectively.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the database.

• Follow up with interested leads and assist in the sales or support process.

• Maintain a positive attitude and build customer trust.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.

• Graduate with good spoken Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, email handling).

• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

• Ability to meet targets and handle pressure professionally.
