We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader (TL) to join automobile showroom in Jhajjar. The Team Leader will oversee the sales team, ensure achievement of showroom targets, guide and mentor sales executives, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure team follows standard operating procedures.
Guide and mentor sales executives on customer handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Coordinate test drives, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and present updates to management.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure showroom discipline, workflow, and team efficiency.
Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales staff.
Implement showroom promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate / Diploma (preferably in business, management, or related field)
Experience: 2–5 years in automobile showroom sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales processes and showroom operations
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
