We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to join in Kurukshetra. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, and ensuring efficient material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Monitor inward and outward material movement
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock organization
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
• Maintain store documentation and reports (GRN, stock register, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory and store management
• Experience in handling warehouse/store operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Basic knowledge of ERP/software (preferred)
• Good leadership and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field (Diploma/degree in logistics preferred)
• 4–5 years of experience in store/warehouse management
