We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage and oversee the complete store operations at manufacturing unit in MIE Part B. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of experience in store handling, inventory control, stock management, and coordination with purchase and production departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate stock records
Oversee material receiving, issuing, and storage as per standards
Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
Prepare GRN, material issue slips, and maintain documentation
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials
Coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment of stock
Maintain inward/outward registers and update stock in software/Excel
Monitor slow-moving and excess inventory and report to management
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store
Lead and supervise store staff for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduated
Strong experience in store and inventory management (5–6 years)
Good knowledge of store documentation and MS Excel
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in manufacturing/industrial store preferred
