Store Manager Job in Village Ismaila, Rohtak-Sampla Road
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join in manufacturing unit located in Village Ismailla, Rohtak–Sampla Road. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in store management within the manufacturing industry (preference will be given to candidates from a hygiene products company). The candidate must possess strong knowledge of material movement, 5S practices, Tally, Excel, and other store management software.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end store operations including inward, outward, and stock management.

Ensure proper documentation and tracking of material movement.

Implement and maintain 5S practices in the store for efficiency and safety.

Manage inventory records, stock audits, and reconciliation.

Use Tally, Excel, and other ERP/store management software for accurate reporting.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and reduce wastage.

Train and guide store staff for effective store operations.
Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)

Minimum 8 years of experience in store management (manufacturing industry)

Preference for candidates from hygiene product manufacturing companies
