Store Manager Job in Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to join in manufacturing unit in Sector 17, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in managing stores in a manufacturing setup, along with strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel for inventory control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the store including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in Tally ERP and Excel.

• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials with proper documentation.

• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments for material planning and reconciliation.

• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stock loss or damage.

• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding material handling and safety.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).

• Minimum 6 years of experience in store/inventory management in a manufacturing unit.

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Inventory Reports).

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to lead a small team of store assistants and helpers.
