Job Description: Store Manager in Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory management, and team supervision in manufacturing unit based in Sec.17 Bahadurgarh Haryana . The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in store management, with strong proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, managing inward/outward inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels using Tally ERP and generate reports in Excel.
- Implement and enforce inventory control systems to minimize loss, damage, or pilferage.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
- Manage and lead store staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with vendors, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on stock movement, shortages, and slow-moving items.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and inventory formulas.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
