This position is best suited for a detail-oriented professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and material management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory/store management.
• Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in maintaining stock registers, inward and outward records, and inventory reports.
• Familiarity with ERP software, MS Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle material receipt, storage, and dispatch efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Male candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material transactions.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of inventory items.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Issue materials as per authorized requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Prevent inventory losses through proper control and monitoring procedures.
