Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory/store management.
- Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in maintaining stock registers, inward and outward records, and inventory reports.
- Familiarity with ERP software, MS Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle material receipt, storage, and dispatch efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Male candidate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material transactions.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of inventory items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Issue materials as per authorized requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
