Store Executive Job in Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh
We are hiring a Store Executive with at least 3 years of experience in managing stores in a manufacturing setup. The candidate must have good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and be capable of handling inventory, documentation, and store coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the day-to-day operations of the store including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally ERP and update stock reports in Excel.
Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for timely material movement.
Prepare inward/outward material documentation and GRNs.
Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts.
Assist in physical stock verification and reporting discrepancies, if any.
Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of store items.
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce/Logistics background preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations in a manufacturing company.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate functions).
Good understanding of inventory and documentation processes.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with internal departments.
Basic communication skills and attention to detail.
