The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in store operations, inventory management, material handling, and stock maintenance. The candidate must be responsible, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of materials.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Executive or Store Keeper.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Ability to maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately.
- Familiarity with material inward and outward processes.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel for stock records.
- Ability to coordinate with production and purchase departments.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, responsible, and physically fit to handle store activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase documents.
- Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the concerned department.
- Perform regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of stored materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely material availability.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and documentation.
- Assist management in improving store efficiency and minimizing inventory discrepancies.
