We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Coordinator to join in Bahadurgarh Haryana. The ideal candidate will coordinate service operations, assist the technical team, and handle field-related tasks. This role requires a combination of mechanical/electrical knowledge, customer coordination skills, and the ability to travel for field work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service visits for clients and field technicians.

• Support the service team in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

• Maintain service records and prepare basic reports using computer tools.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand service requirements.

• Ensure timely completion of service activities and follow-up with customers.

• Perform field visits and inspections as required.

• Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, documentation, and job completion updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Graduation / Polytechnic / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical stream.

• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.

• Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience will be preferred.
