We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Coordinator to join in Bahadurgarh Haryana. The ideal candidate will coordinate service operations, assist the technical team, and handle field-related tasks. This role requires a combination of mechanical/electrical knowledge, customer coordination skills, and the ability to travel for field work.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service visits for clients and field technicians.
Support the service team in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Maintain service records and prepare basic reports using computer tools.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand service requirements.
Ensure timely completion of service activities and follow-up with customers.
Perform field visits and inspections as required.
Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, documentation, and job completion updates.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma / Graduation / Polytechnic / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical stream.
Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience will be preferred.
