Female Service Coordinator Job in Tikri Kalan, Delhi
We are hiring a Female Service Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and strong Excel and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, handling customer queries, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth workflow between the service team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers for service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.

Assign service tasks to field technicians and track job completion.

Maintain detailed service logs, reports, and customer records in Excel.

Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule and confirm service appointments.

Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic service issues.

Generate and maintain service MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Ensure timely feedback collection and after-service follow-up.
Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or service coordination.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reports, VLOOKUP, filters, etc.).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Experience in a service-based industry preferred.
