We are seeking for a candidate to join as service Coordinator in Village Rohad, Sampla Haryana.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Assess client needs and requests to determine appropriate services.
  • Manage and prioritize service requests, assigning tasks to technicians or service providers.
  • Track the progress of service requests and keep clients updated on the status.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and client interactions.
  • Identify and address any service issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to problem-solve and find solutions to service-related issues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
