We are seeking for a candidate to join as service Coordinator in Village Rohad, Sampla Haryana.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assess client needs and requests to determine appropriate services.
- Manage and prioritize service requests, assigning tasks to technicians or service providers.
- Track the progress of service requests and keep clients updated on the status.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and client interactions.
- Identify and address any service issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
