Experience in managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance

Experience in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions

Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities

Perform regular bank reconciliation and monitor banking transactions

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations

Prepare invoices, payment records, expense statements, and journal entries

Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management review

Monitor outstanding receivables, vendor payments, and account balances

Assist internal and external auditors by providing required financial records and documentation

Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements

Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit and reporting purposes

Coordinate with management, vendors, auditors, banks, and internal departments as required
