The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, compliance, and reporting. Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to handle audits, reconciliations, and tax-related documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial controls.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
