We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join at Village Kultana near Sampla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the organization’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, emails, field visits, and networking.
Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requisite Skills
Good knowledge of materials and production processes (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, markets, and challenges.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Education Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
PG / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
