Female Sales Executive Job in Tikri Kalan, Delhi

We are looking for a proactive and organized Female Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling back-end processes, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer and sales data in Excel and CRM systems.

• Handle email and phone communication with clients and internal departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel.

• Assist in order processing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales service.

• Track sales targets and support team in achieving goals.

• Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping of all sales transactions.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Commerce or Business background preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Good communication skills – both verbal and written.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
