Female Sales Executive Job in Tikri Kalan, Delhi
We are looking for a proactive and organized Female Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling back-end processes, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in Excel and CRM systems.
Handle email and phone communication with clients and internal departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel.
Assist in order processing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales service.
Track sales targets and support team in achieving goals.
Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping of all sales transactions.
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce or Business background preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
