Sales Coordinator In Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Female Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, and working knowledge of Tally (Basic level). The role involves supporting the sales team, handling client communication, and maintaining sales records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order processing and follow-ups.

Maintain sales data, prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic entries in Tally.

Handle customer queries and provide timely support and communication.

Track pending orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.

Assist in managing documentation and filing for the sales department.

Ensure smooth internal coordination between departments (sales, accounts, dispatch).
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or back-office role.

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must.

Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
