Sales Coordinator Job in Peeragarhi, Delhi
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and good computer proficiency. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing back-end operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth internal communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email for order updates and follow-ups.
Maintain sales data and reports using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Track sales performance, maintain records, and support the team in achieving targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage sales-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to support team operations.
