We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Research & Development (R&D) Executive to join in Barwala, Hisar. The candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing processes, and supporting innovation initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Analyze data, materials, and processes to enhance product quality
- Perform trials, testing, and validation of new ideas
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of R&D activities
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for implementation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of research methodologies and testing processes
- Good command of MS Excel and documentation tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and innovation mindset
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in R&D or product development preferred
