Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Research & Development or Product Development

- Strong knowledge of new product development processes
- Must have hands-on experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar tools
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, product design, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to create 2D and 3D models and technical documentation
- Knowledge of material selection, testing, and prototype development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to coordinate with production and quality departments
Responsibilities
- Work on new product development and existing product improvement projects
- Design and develop product models using CAD software
- Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and product specifications
- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing methods, and product performance
- Coordinate with production teams for prototype development and testing
- Analyze product issues and provide innovative engineering solutions
- Maintain R&D documentation and project records
- Ensure product designs meet quality and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
