We are seeking a smart and professional Female Receptionist to manage the front office of manufacturing unit located in Sector 30, IMT Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a presentable personality. She will be the first point of contact for visitors and responsible for handling reception and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Manage incoming calls, transfer to appropriate departments, and take messages

Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and well-organized

Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs

Handle daily administrative tasks such as emails, courier dispatch, and filing

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations

Provide support to HR/Admin team as needed
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

Computer knowledge – MS Office, Emails, Internet Browsing
