We are hiring Quality Inspectors for assembly lines handling molded parts. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in in-line quality inspections, be familiar with inspection equipment, and capable of preparing detailed quality reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular in-process inspections on assembly lines for molded parts.

• Identify quality defects during various stages of assembly.

• Operate and interpret readings from inspection instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Ensure parts meet defined quality and dimensional standards.

• Record inspection findings and prepare inspection reports.

• Work closely with the production and quality teams for real-time issue resolution.

• Escalate any recurring quality concerns to the supervisor for corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in assembly line quality inspection of molded plastic components.

• Technical Skills: Must be familiar with standard inspection tools and report formats.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong observation skills and accuracy in reporting.

• Team Coordination: Ability to work with quality and production teams.

• Documentation: Capable of maintaining inspection logs and quality records.
