Quality Executive job for Females in Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are looking for a female Quality Executive to join in the automobile Industy Based in Village Tandaheri, Near to Bahadurgarh Haryana. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in production. Experienced candidates (up to 2 years) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials, components, and finished products as per quality standards

• Conduct in-process and final inspection on the shop floor

• Maintain quality checklists, inspection records, and defect reports

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure compliance with specifications

• Report non-conformities and assist in continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and customer-specific requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in any stream (preferably mechanical or technical background)

• Basic understanding of quality inspection tools and methods

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, reports, and basic computer knowledge

• Ability to stand for long hours and inspect physical products

• Quick learner and team player
