Quality Engineer Job in MIE Part A Bahadurgarh

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Engineer to join in Bahadurgarh. The candidate should be a Diploma or Graduate in a technical field, with 0–1 year of experience. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about quality standards, inspection, and improving product reliability in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.

• Monitor and maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.

• Identify and report defects or deviations in production processes.

• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.

• Support internal and external audits as required.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality control measures are followed.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of quality tools and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).

• Understanding of ISO standards and quality systems (preferred but not mandatory).

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word).
